With a User group of more than 85 airlines in 35 nations worldwide, AIMS has established itself as the most commonly used system and the undisputed market leader.

AIMS is being successfully used by a widely diversified group of airlines of different categories and sizes for operations in many parts of the world. The group covers virtually every category of airline operation from national flag carriers, leading international passenger charter, specialist all-cargo, to regional and domestic scheduled, commuter and air-taxi operations. From well-established airlines to start-up operations, all are successfully managing their crew and aircraft resources more efficiently than before by using AIMS to minimize operating costs.

Within this group are airlines that selected AIMS as their system of choice for initial automation or to enhance or replace less capable and/or more expensive ones.

AIMS has now been selected to successfully replace no less than 18 different competitor airline/vendor systems on the market. This established and ongoing trend is clearly set to continue.

AIMS clients include aviation giant Boeing; national and major carriers such as Aer Lingus, Gulf Air, Air India, TAM of Brazil; leading charter airlines in the UK and Canada, such as First Choice Airways (previously known as Air 2000) and Air Transat; cargo carriers including DHL, Cargolux and the world’s largest 747 cargo carrier Atlas Air; regional airlines including Iberia’s Air Nostrum in Spain, British Airway’s Comair in South Africa and Qantaslink’s Jetstar Airways in Australia, among others; and finally low-cost airlines such as easyJet and Air Berlin, just to name a few of the more than 85 airlines that have installed AIMS.
