Upcoming AIMS Demonstration Venues ...Take A Test Flight!

Once the prospective client airline User/Technical Management has completed studying the AIMS Information Pack and enclosures (and/or the AIMS Website), and obtained Management approval (on principle) for the software price guidelines, AIMS Inc. recommends that selected airlines visit the AIMS offices for a free initial demonstration of the entire AIMS System. This enables evaluating airlines to see and discuss the full capabilities and potential of AIMS to their advantage with our highly experienced development and airline client support specialists.

The important additional reasons for AIMS Inc.’s recommendation to visit its office first are simple. AIMS is a "complete" Crew Management, Operations Control and Commercial Planning System solution with the largest and most comprehensive functionality of any system in its category on the market. Each AIMS User airline has chosen to implement, install and operate the system differently due to their individual aero political, regulatory and commercial operating environmental requirements. These in turn have influenced the evolution of their category (type) and size of operation, organization, procedures and corporate (IT) policy. As such, the way in which each of AIMS Inc.’s current client airlines have chosen to use AIMS is directly related to their specific individual requirements and not necessarily in relation to any limitations of the capabilities and potential of the system. This can only be seen clearly by each airline in the AIMS offices.

The free demonstration session covering the complete functionality of AIMS is normally scheduled for 6-8 hours,  and commencement times can be adjusted and planned to start at any time. The sessions can be split over 2 days (if necessary) to suit individual prospective client airlines convenience and flight schedule travel requirements, etc. Assistance can be provided to secure discounted hotel reservations (if required) within convenient distance of our offices, which are centrally located in Athens and Miami.

For those airlines finding it inconvenient for any reason to visit our Miami or Athens offices, we also offer a free initial demonstration in London. These are subject to the recognized limitations of all laptop computer-based technology on the market and, as such, are not as comprehensive as the demonstrations performed at our offices.

Several area/regional system demonstrations are conducted annually covering each continent of the world. Should you wish to receive a free invitation, please complete an AIMS Request For Information (RFI) Form so your name and any others you recommend can be added to our database for future mailing, etc. or click here to register for one of our upcoming AIMS Demonstration Venues.

If after the initial demonstration and review of all AIMS documentation, the prospective client airline requests AIMS Inc. to provide further demonstrations or trials based on the airline’s data, these will be charged in accordance with AIMS Inc.’s standard daily rates, plus all applicable out of base air travel and hotel accommodation costs, if the requirement is to be undertaken at the airline’s office location.

Ideally, in order to fully evaluate the complete AIMS System and minimize the visiting airline’s time and related travel and hotel costs (avoiding multiple demonstrations), attendees should include their Company or departmental Executive Management “Decision Maker” (1) in addition to  the most experienced Specialist Management Users responsible for Crew Scheduling (2), Flight Scheduling (1), Operations Control (1) and IT (1) totaling approximately six (6) people.
